Los Angeles Black Business Expo Day 2 : Day 2 was so mellow and productive! From the early morning live broadcast on KJLH's L.A. Speaks Out (which alerted us about interesting exhibitors--Flat Pyramid being one, Watts Coffee House being another--and updated us on Jena 6.) Then Dr. Randall Pinkett showered RBD Forum attendees with his financial pearls of wisdom...I hope RBD makes a tape available! From the seminars, to the exhibitors, to the events, to running into Vanessa WIlliams and seeing Ollie Woodson perform...The Expo had something for everyone. Kid's World was literally jumping, the Health Pavilion offered excellent presentation after excellent presentation, but it was the Fashion Show that capped it all off. Here are some of the snapshots I took...starting with the talking robots (we will soon bring you that video interview). The Fashion photos begin around Page 3...sorry -- no captions yet.
